- First 6 holes (1-6). Scramble. Same standard scramble rules apply. If you are in the rough, drop within a scorecard length staying in the rough no closer to the hole. On the green, stay within a scorecard length of the ball no closer to the hole; ball on the fringe must be played from the fringe within a scorecard length no closer to the hole. Each player hits; then you select the best shot; then both hit from the same position. Continue this procedure until the ball is holed. For these holes the team will receive 40% of combined handicaps where they fall on the scorecard. At the completion of each hole record your gross score on the scorecard. We will complete the card with handicaps after you hand in your scorecard.
- Middle 6 holes (7 – 12) Alternate Shot select off the tee. Both players on each tee starts with their opening shot. You then select the shot you want to alternate from this point forward until the hole is completed.You can change to your brand of golf ball replacing the ball within the length of the scorecard. For these holes the team will receive 50% their combined handicap where they fall on the scorecard. At the completion of each hole record your gross score on the scorecard. We will complete the card with handicaps after you hand in your scorecard.
- Last 6 holes (13-18). 2 Man Net Best Ball. Each player plays their own ball, receiving 100 % of their own handicap on stroke holes. At the completion of each hole record each players gross score. We will complete the card with handicaps after your round
